CHOSEN CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your investment is non-refundable, as we book venues, rooms and details based on your registration. If for some reason you need to cancel and you can find a person to take your spot, we will refund the amount paid minus a $50 administration fee. If we can not find a person to take your spot, there are no refunds. We hope you understand that putting a trip of this size is full of contracts and policies by hotel, food and beverage and others, so as soon as you register, we book your spot.  Thank you for your flexibility.

CHOSEN CREW

This year CHOSEN will be recruiting for talent, to help you, the attendees, have an even better experience.  We will be asking 7th Power for a volunteer crew including Camera Man, Photographer, Volunteer Staff (set up and close), DJ and a few others.  Email will be going out asking people to crew.  Since CHOSEN is a not-for-profit event and Dave & Yvette donate their time to event, the crew will also be asked to do the same.  Contribution is the first step to leadership and this is a great way to be around the leaders and super-size your life.  All volunteers will be asked to pay for their own transportation, hotel and pay for the DreamTrip portion, to continue the success and track record of this event.  We ask that if you are attending CHOSEN as a qualified attendee for the first time, you do not volunteer.   We thank you for showing up the way you do!
